Andy McIndoe is a top horticulturalist with over 40 years of experience in retail and production horticulture.
Back in 1978 he joined a small garden centre as an assistant manager and worked his way up to become Managing Director of Hillier, one of Britain’s oldest and best-known garden centre chains.
Andy left the company in 2015 having been in charge of 12 garden centres, multiple nurseries, 450 employees and a turnover of £30 million.
He now works freelance as a garden consultant and planting designer. He’s also an author, lecturer and broadcaster.
